We are excited to officially announce the ColorPainter M-64s Traffic Printer Solution, a complete digital printing system for the road traffic and reflective signage market. This solution features the ColorPainter M-64s printer with an additional ionizer and SX ink. It is designed for use with Nippon Carbide’s Nikkalite “Crystal Grade” reflective sheeting.
As an alternative to screen printing, this solution provides sign makers a cost-effective and efficient way to produce traffic signage, safety signage and other reflective signs that guarantees maximum outdoor durability. With SX eco-solvent low-odor inks, sign makers can print all six traffic colors and at the same time print full-color graphic images that deliver rich saturated color and exceptional outdoor durability. Nippon Carbide offers a 10-year performance guarantee on signs created using all components of the Digital Traffic Print Solution which includes the M-64s Traffic Printer with SX inks, Nikkalite Crystal Grade 92800 and 94800 series and Nikkalite overlay film 142UWAH or EF-40801. The final output meets ASTM standards and is MUTCD compliant.
