Sign It Right, LLC (SIRLLC) warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall be free of manufacturing defects for the warranty period specified in the Technical Data Bulletins for the product, subject to the following conditions and limitations. This Limited Warranty applies only to the film product itself, and not to the ink or graphics applied to the film product. SIRLLC does not warranty the ink or the graphics. This Limited
Warranty only applies to covered manufacturing defects if purchaser notifies SIRLLC of the defect within 7 days of its discovery, in writing, to: Sign It Right, LLC., 909 NE Loop 410., Suite 107 San Antonio, TX 78209.
The remedy under this Limited Warranty is limited to either SIRLLC’s replacement of the product, or grant of a credit or refund in the amount of the original purchase price for the product, at SIRLLC’s sole option and discretion. In the event SIRLLC elects to replace the product, its duty will be limited to supplying the replacement product, and in no event, shall SIRLLC be responsible for damages of any nature whatsoever which may have resulted from the defect, including incidental, consequential or other special damages, including loss of use, lost profits or transportation or installation costs. In no event shall SIRLLC be liable to purchaser in any amount in excess of the original purchase price of the product. All of SIRLLC’s products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of the product and materials for its purposes prior to ordering or purchasing such materials, and all information, recommendations and descriptive materials from SIRLLC regarding its products do not constitute a warranty.
This written Limited Warranty constitutes the entire warranty given by SIRLLC for the product, and is given in lieu of and supersedes all other warranties, guaranties and representations regarding the product. No salesperson, representative or agent is authorized to give any guaranty, warranty or make any representations contrary to the terms of this Limited Warranty. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. SIRLLC DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. In such states, SIRLLC’s liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by state law. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING BY WAY OF STATE LAW, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION AND SCOPE OF COVERAGE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, UNLESS A SHORTER PERIOD IS ALLOWED BY LAW.
